I have built a calculator for a client and want to install it on her site, and now, on her site, I can’t click import or create new form after just installing the plugin. What could be wrong? I have tried from a different computer, in incognito etc. It’s a weird problem that I haven’t seen before. The site already has Formidable on it, but I am not aware of them not being able to be both installed at the same time.

Please help as I am eager to get the client’s solution up and running and importing the final calculator is the final step.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @maltheskaklund

I hope you are doing well today.

Please note each site if different and you have build this form on your lab site possibly. If import on your client site does not work there could be couple of possible scenarios:

    1. as soon you enter Forminator page and before you will click import open browser console and check are there any errors before and after you click import
    2. re-install Forminator as during installation or plugin update there could be some file missing
    3. make full site backup and disable all plugins apart from Forminator and see does import will work. This will confirm a plugin conflict there. You can also follow below guide to narrow down which plugin or theme make such issue.

Please deactivate all plugins except Forminatoe and check if the problem is gone. If so, then enable all plugins one by one and find which one is having a conflict. If there is no positive result, switch to the default WordPress theme like 2019, and see if it works.

Before this test, we recommend full site backup or running this test on the staging site.

    Kind Regards,
    Kris
