I was recently given oversight of a business website in order to make various corrections and alterations. Unfortunately it was rife with spelling errors, the following one being the hardest to correct. I cannot seem to find a page, PHP file, or anything else that contains the typo I’m seeing here:

    http://www.canonrecruiting.com/corporate-home/

At the top, you’ll notice “I’m a buisiness looking to hire”; very unprofessional. I’d like to edit it but I feel as if I’ve exhausted every avenue in wordpress (I believe I’ve checked every page and I’ve definitely checked every php file). I can see it within the source code obviously, but I have no idea how to edit it using wordpress (or in any other permanent manner).

I greatly appreciate any help I can get on this!

  • That line looks like it could be (or is supposed to be) a text version of the site’s logo. Have you tried looking in the theme’s options? Some themes allow you to use a text in place of an image logo in their options.
