This is not a known issue. It’s perfectly work on our development environment and production setup.
You can deactivate the plugin, activate it again and check once again.
Thank you for your reply. Another (admin) user logged in and could change the settings, so problem solved.
But I wonder, could it be my browser? Just tried it again. In Firefox (version 70.0.1 64-bits) the button does not respond, in Edge (the new, Chrome based version 79.0.309.30 (Official build) 64-bits) it does.

It happens the same to me. I like very much this plugin, and use it on different websites perfectly.
Today I wanted to use it for a new site (which is in “good health”, under PHP 7.3 and WP 5.3. And I had last version of Firefox).
I added Email & Subscribers plugin as usual, but when I change data in Settings, the button SAVE SETTINGS does not want to word.
First time it happens …
What is the problem and How can I do? Thank you

Trying another time: it works now.
Now I change data in Notification too, it seems to be ok. But it is very long to be saved.
Just that.
