can’t change real Ultimate Member roles

    if i set Ultimate Member an user roles for vip. and use the Uncanny Automator to change Ultimate Member’s user roles， Uncanny Automato will set ID from Customer to vip。but Ultimate Member not get the vip real roles

    Hi dogod007, can you post a screenshot of your recipe and the issue you’re seeing with the user’s roles? We’re not sure what you mean by “Ultimate Member not get the vip real roles”.

    You could also email the screenshots to support@automatorplugin.com if that’s easier.
