Can’t change order of product categories

    Hi, My product category list has 2 items which are a parent.(Rain harvest systems and Tanks) The rest of the product categories are sub categories i think and have “none” as their parent category.

    I needed “Rain harvest systems” at the top of list which you click on and get sub categories of sub categories of “below ground tanks” etc. Then under that I needed stand alone categories like “connectors and fittings”, “control units” etc

    I used the drag and drop facility and changed the order but it doesn’t reflect on the website. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

    Did you refresh the page and clear browser cache?
    If you have and still having trouble, I suggest you ask for support in the theme’s dedicated support page.

    sorry that didn’t make sense. Basically i cant change order of categories, i need:
    “Rain harvest systems” at top then “tanks” then all the other items under this like “control units” and “connectors and fittings” etc under but cant do the drag and drop it doesnt seem to work, am i ding something wrong? It’s usually me 🙁

    I’ve resolved: went to widgets, woocommerce sidebar, product categories, changed “order by” to category order.
