Looks like its set to Top Left, can you screenshot your display tab for that modal?

    Hi Danieliser,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Sure no problem

I have set it to middle center however it then seems to make it appear at the bottom left.. below the footer (off the page).

Checking the fixed modal box doesn’t seem to make a difference

    Cheers,
    Ewan

Hmm, can you try top center and adjust the slider to the max. Your modal is quite large and wont really be able to center in screen, you would basically be doing it similar to top center anyways.

I am going to test middle center and see what is going on with that. It is working partially but isn’t working correctly by any means.

I have set it to top center and adjusted the “Distance from the top edge of the screen” slider to max (500px). It doesn’t seem to make a difference

Thanks for your help so far

Just changed the size of the modal window to nano which does seem to have made a difference to the size however it still seems to be stuck to the left hand side of the screen?

I have set it up on a separate test page to keep things simple

@ewan – Just emailed you details on the issue. For anyone else. The problem lied in that the theme was loading jquery ui improperly without using the wp_enqueue_script functions.

In the case that you cant change it there is a workaround but requires modifying plugin files so will need to be reapplied unless we make it part of the plugin but that requires further testing.
