 * But I see the problem. I can not change theme option
 * When I change theme option always appears there was a problem with your action.

    This sounds like your php memory needs to be increased. I would suggest
   contacting your host and asking them to increase that. Let me know if there’s
   no change.

 * Try deacitvating your plugins to test if any are conflicting. Let me know if 
   there’s no change.

    Try clearing your custom css box. and saving. Make a copy of it 
   so you don’t lose it but try removing it and saving.
