Can't change language thru General Settings

    I’ve been trying to change my website default language thru General Settings / Language etc..
    I pick the language my website needs to be and click on save changes, but no thing happens, when scrolling down the language flips back to english…

    I’ts pretty annoying and really don’t know what to do… Any suggestions?
