I need to to change my header on my site:

    http://www.Sockitmama.com

I’m trying to change my header in Swift Theme which I’ve done before using the Header button on the dashboard. It would allow me to upload the header as an image without any problems. Today, all I’m getting is this:

“It looks like wp-content/header-images/ is not writable or does not exist.

You will need to create this directory make this directory writable in order for the plugin to work.”

The person who put the holiday header up is not available, so I need to do it myself. Surely, there’s got to be a way to just upload it as an image somehow/somewhere which is what I think the person who put the current header did. It’s in my image library. I’m not that tech savvy, but I need to do this.

Any thoughts? I’m looking for just a way to upload the header as an image and be done with it. If it’s possible.

    Thanks!

Was hoping that someone was familiar with uploading headers in Swift and had some suggestions. Thanks!

Solved it! And, didn’t have to use any code. Wew…that took forever, but goes to show that if you keep plugging at some of these issues long enough, you may solve it yourself. For some reason, this header was set up as “background” that’s why I couldn’t figure out what was going on. Anyway…

Thanks to those who tried and have a wonderful New Year!
