Can’t change email addresses

I can’t change any of my email addresses (general settings or user) because the confirmation link I get doesn’t work (it prepends “email.email1.” to my url and the token that follows looks nothing like the token that followed any of my other WordPress installs.

What plugins do you have that would be affecting this?
Look for anything about creating or managing users, or allowing user registration, custom logins, etc.
And maybe you should try it with the Health Check plugin installed, in Troubleshooting mode.
