Can’t change background colour

    I couldn’t figure out how to change the background colour in the popup. Support gave me two pages to check out, but it was not helpful. I tried to find videos or text to explain but to no avail. I gave up, more important things to do.

    I’m very sorry for the trouble and let me assure you that we’ll do whatever necessary to help with this.

    In general, most of such settings can be set directly in “Appearance” settings of the popup. If that doesn’t work or is not detailed enough, we can always help to achieve changes with a bit of custom CSS.

    However, I don’t see any tickets from you about this issue here on support forum. We’ll be more than happy to assist you with this as much as necessary to make it all work for you and hopefully turn your experience to much better.

    I’d appreciate giving us a chance to help you – if you create a support ticket about the issue we’ll be there to assist you and address any questions and doubts related to the plugin and its settings.
