Can’t change background color menu

    Hi!

    I can’t seem to change the background color from black to transparent. I tried changing it in the customizer and also via mega menu > themes > mega menus and via mega menu > themes > menubar. Can you help me find out what I’m doing wrong?

    Hi bonannee,

    I am seeing a transparent background with transparent links.

    I see you have ‘removed query strings from static resources’, an optimisation plugin is probably doing that. It means you will have to manually clear your browser cache each time you update the menu theme, in order to make any changes visible.

    Thank you so much for responding. I had already cleared the cache via the mega menu plugin, but as I do not have a separate plugin for the browser cache I didn’t think to delete this. Thank you for taking the time to answer, the problem is resolved!
