• It’s not possible to cancel your account after signing up. I will likely have to cancel my credit card instead. I strongly advise you to stay away from inputing your card information.

    I have emailed the developers about this, but have not gotten a response.

    UPDATE: They emailed me back and have cancelled my account. Apparently you can not cancel online, you’ll have to email them. It’s usually a big warning sign when services don’t let you cancel online..

    Have you seen a reply from our support team? We already processed your cancellation and you should see a confirmation that a) your card was not charged at all because of our 30 day free trial period and b) that your cancellation was processed after you replied to the signup confirmation that we sent you.

    We were sorry to see that you canceled immediately after starting your free 30 day trial because it doesn’t look like you got a chance to try out the solution at all.
