    Hi,

    We have been using this plugin with the paid version because we exceeded the free user quota for some time now.
    The support has always been fast and helpful even about 15 days ago.
    Now, about 10 days ago I wanted to cancel my subscription because we won’t be using the service anymore and I had no option in my account. I opened a ticket, like I always do, and still haven’t received any answer. I wrote another ticket and also no answer.
    I wrote in the forum on support.oneall.com 2 days ago and the only person responding is another user who had the same experience. They had been charged 3 more months after trying to cancel the subscription.

    What is going on here? We have the right to cancel something we do not have any more need for. Please answer to my tickets and those of others that are trying to cancel your services.
