• I ran the free version for sometime but remote storage is important so I purchased the Premium Version. Had an issue with setting up remote storage, but the developer handled this promptly and fixed it immediately. Exactly what you want – A great plugin and responsive support! Highly recommend.

    I’m really excited to hear you purchased the BoldGrid Backup plugin! But, hearing it’s not working for you is much worse, I’m very sorry.

    We may have had a communications breakdown within the team, because I’m one of the developers and I haven’t heard about this issue yet.

    I’m going to look into this for you and get is resolved. I’ll touch base soon.
