Please visit your app settings page on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings) and remove the SMAP Lite app (the smapsolutions app verified by Facebook). Afterward, reauthorize from the plugin’s settings page.
Ensure that you approve all requested permissions and select the pages you want to use. If you intend to auto-post to pages exclusively, you may use your own app instead of purchasing the smapsolutions app. Standard access to the permissions (email, public_profile, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, pages_show_list) with the app in Live mode is sufficient if you are the admin/developer of the Facebook App.

Have you successfully reauthorized after removing the app from Facebook? Currently, there are active users of SMAP Lite, and no issues have been reported so far. Our developers have tested the connection without encountering any problems.
If you’re using a newly created account, please wait for some time and try again later.
Regarding your own app, have you checked the app permissions section for all the permissions I shared? Kindly cross-check and let us know if you have any concerns.
