# Can't automatically upgrade

 * I recently moved my website to a new server where I am finalizing design. I am
   attempting to create and edit forms. I have attempted to automatically upgrade
   as the plug-in has instructed. But the plug in says it’s unpacking and never 
   upgrades. I attempted a new installation by downloading a fresh version of the
   plug in…but the same thing happens. Can you help?

 * None of the suggestions outlined in these posts solved my problem. I attempted
   to delete the plug-in and reinstall. Upon reinstallation, I received a “couldn’t
   install, because this plug-in created a fatal error” on the plug-in page.
 * Something is corrupt…but deleting the entire plug-in doesn’t fix the problem.
   Help.
 * Also, where are the form files I created located? I’d like to save those if I
   can and drop them in if I’m able to get a version of Formidaable working on my
   PC.
