    Hello,

I just found that the old backups and temporary files still exist in the folder.
Could this cause by any settings of Ubuntu or Nginx?

    Thanks

    Hi,

It is possible that the older backups did not successfully reach the deletion step after uploading to remote storage, or UpdraftPlus does not have the correct permissions to delete files from the server.

Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log? This can be found in the Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response, I thought I didn’t get the reply from you cause I didn’t get the email notification.

    Here’s the backup log https://pastebin.com/tRa1aWb5

    Thank you

    Hi,

The latest backup log shows a large number of temporary files from previous backups being removed.
Are old backup files/temporary files still present in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ folder?

If so, please could you send us a copy of the file names for some of the files?

Those are the screenshots of the backup files:

I already deleted most of them manually because it was filling my disk to full.

    Thanks

    Hi,

From the screenshot, it appears that the backup set that you sent successfully deleted its backup files. However many other backups did not.

Please could you send me some backup logs from other backups if possible?
