I am having exactly the same problem.
I also have the same problem.
MonsterInsights team, please look into this issue and help us resolve it as soon as possible.
Thank you.
i was having the same issue…this helped me fix the issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-yoast-google-analytics-save-settings-page-not-found
i too contacted my web host provider…they white-listed a rule that was causing the issue…i was able to authenticate successfully w/out having the page not found error pop up.

Thanks for @one50mph that is how I fix the problem.
Thank you, @one50mph! My hosting provider solved the problem.
Hi there,
If this solved your issues, please ask your host which mod_security rule they whitelisted. We’d love to reduce the need to do this if possible

I’m trying to get my web host to help, but they don’t seem to know what to do.

@cuthza Tell them about mod_security and white listed your website.
If they still don’t know what to do then change your web hosting service.
So it worked for me once my webhost temporarily disabled ModSecurity, if that helps anyone.
