# Can't assign menu

 * When I’m assigning a menu in the ShiftNav settings it doesn’t display on the 
   webpage.
    It doesn’t seem to add any html after the Title tag in the menu. You

 * Is it possible that you have enabled the **Disable Menu** option in the Main 
   ShiftNav Settings?
 * If that’s not the issue, I would need to see the admin area of your site to troubleshoot
   it.

 * Wow silly me..
    Anyways it says that i can diaable it and then instead add custom
   content. How and where can i add this? 🙂

 * Glad to hear it was just something simple 🙂
 * The advanced/custom content is a Pro feature (see [ShiftNav Pro](http://shiftnav.io/pro/))–
   I’ve removed the “Disable Menu” setting in version 1.0 to avoid confusion 🙂
