I’ve just installed the plugin, and clicked to complete setup.

    I see:

    WooCommerce Payments
Approve your connection. Your account will enable you to start using the features and benefits offered by WooCommerce Payments

I click approve, and I receive an error

Error authorizing. Page is refreshing for another attempt.

and I am redirected to a page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack&connect_url_redirect=true&jetpack_connect_login_redirect=true&jetpack_connect_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.webby.net.au%2Fwp-admin%2Fadmin.php%3Fpage%3Djetpack%26connect_url_redirect… that says

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

The site is multisite, and I am in the primary site logged in as super admin.

    Help appreciated.

I saw that Jetpack was not installed. I installed and Network Activated it, now I keep receiving

Error authorizing. Page is refreshing for another attempt.

I went into Jetpack settings in the main site and saw it was not connected.

I clicked connect, and receive a message “You need to log in to WordPress.com to enable Jetpack”.

I am logged into WordPress.com already with the correct account.

I had to log out of WordPress.com and connect Jetpack again.

    All good now.

    Hey @srd75,

I had to log out of WordPress.com and connect Jetpack again.

That’s fantastic to hear you’ve managed to get this resolved now. I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can reopen it again if you need be.
