# can’t allow user registeration

 * I can’t allow users to register for your website via User registration. When 
   I went to Settings > General tab, there was no option like Membership. So I was

 * From your screenshot it looks like you have a plugin that might be handling your
   registration. Based on the logo and title I believe it to be the User Registration
   plugin by WPEverest:

 * Try disabling the plugin to see if it brings back the default WordPress registration
   options.
