Cant Add Store

    Hi

    Currently having an issue with integration uber direct to wordpress woo commerce site.

    When i try to add a store it says error  ‘Failed to create store via Uber API.’

    also when i go to thwe check out page it says select a store but none set so cant continue to check out. How do i default it to the store location for pickup as there is only 1 address.

    Thanks for reaching out to our support. We checked the logs and could see that you are trying to create/add a store using below store address “4 Vlagskip Road, Strandfontein, 7798. Just double confirming, is this your store address?

    If yes, unfortunately Uber Direct is not available in this location hence the error  ‘Failed to create store via Uber API.’ is returned.

    Thanks for the reply yes this is my home address. Does that mean that uber direct just doesnt operate in Cape Town or am i inputting the address incorrectly?

    Uber does operate in Capetown, but some region such as Strandfontein isn’t operable. Can you confirm whats your exact store address where you are looking to integrate Uber direct?

    4 Vlagskip Road, Strandfontein, 7798 is the address of store.

    Also is it possible to make it so that the plugin does not ask user at checkout to select a store and rather just use the only store available?

    Ive also tried manually adding the store to the database in table uber_stores. It does appear in the store listing but cant find the latitude and longitude fields and i feel like im missing a step for the plugin to use it correctly because when it calls api uber_direct_fetch_nearby_stores it comes back with ‘No stores found.’

    Unfortunately, as I mentioned earlier, Uber delivery services are not available for your store address 4 Vlagskip Road, Strandfontein, 7798.

    We are currently available in Cape Town and several other areas, but not yet in Strandfontein. The good news is that we’re expanding our coverage, so please keep an eye out — we hope to serve your area soon!
