Hi,
at first, turn on the console in your browser and check for errors after trying to add the product to your shopping cart.
Also make sure that the version of WooCommerce and the theme you are using is current.
If the console contains errors – send a screenshot. And if it doesn’t, turn on debug mode, recreate the bug. On your FTP will be created debug.log file that contains error messages. Here you have more about debug mode:

As mentioned above by @przemyslawrosa it sounds like you have some JS errors in your site. Doing the steps they outline will help you isolate it.
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront (https://woocommerce.com/storefront/?aff=10486&cid=1131038) and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. Finally, test to see if the issue is resolved by
To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
