Can’t add new reviews

    Hi,

    I’ve noticed that there is no longer an option to add a new review to a product (unless the product has no reviews) on my website.

    I’m not sure why this is, I haven’t changed any settings.

    Could this be due to an update? Any help much appreciated.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    Please go to Reviews > Settings > Review Extensions tab > Enable option “Reviews Summary Bar” to display the “Add a review” button in the reviews section.
    It is moved to the summary bar in the new version.

    I’ve noticed the rating table doesn’t display correctly on IOS – any ideas what could be causing this?

    Its also very slow to load.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your additional information.

    It is possible that there is a conflict between CusRev and another plugin or the theme. Please follow the solution below to troubleshoot this issue.
