@iconimagery – If there are any limits it would be from your server environment (or possibly a sub-site restriction if this is a Multisite).
Otherwise, we generally see this resolved as a conflict with another active plugin.

@iconimagery – Those settings look fine and I do not expect it to be a physical limit (unless those images are HUGE), did you check if there is a possible plugin conflict?
