Cant add items to top menu

    I have 2 sites in a multi site configuration. both running Onetone theme with a single page. one is configured as english site and one as hebrew site. I added the multi site language switch plugin.
    on the english site I am able to add the switcher to the Onenote top menue (so I can click on the the link and sent to the Hebrew site main page). on the Hebrew sub site I am not able to do the same. the switcher just do not shown on the top menu.
    I dont think its the switcer issue as I can not add any link to the top page.

    any help will be appreciated.
