Can’t add Header or footer to PDF invoice

    Headers and footers will not print to PDF invoices.

    I’ve enabled these and added content. I’ve tried changing every conceivable option on every page.

    I’ve disabled all other plugins.

    As a premium member, I emailed support 5 days ago, followed up twice, but it’s crickets there. I need to launch this website soon… any help appreciated.
