Can't add form fields

    I’m not sure when I last updated Visual Form Builder plugin software on my site, but currently I cannot add fields to new forms.

    I can add fields to existing forms.

    The affected site is a network site, just created. The user id I login with is an admin account.

    Browsers affected are Chrome, Opera, IE11, and Firefox (all latest versions).

    Plugin version = 2.8
