FYI I have tried the usual resolutions such as diabling all other plugins, re-installing the plugin, making sure no cacheing was enabled, trying a different theme (twenty-fifteen), etc.

I have also viewed the console and there are no javascript errors, the log is clear.

If I click on “Interest Groups” it tells me “invalid form ID”.

But I don’t have the option to put this in manually anywhere, it is getting the ID from the dropdown select, which shows the correct lists.

Ok don’t ask me why, I cleared the API cache again, re-entered my API key and saved, and now the form fields are showing up.

I don’t quite understand how that’s possible since it was showing the correct lists in the dropdown but oh well. It’s working now.

    Hi KingSky.

So sorry you had to go through that trouble.

Glad you got things back up and running.

    Thank you!
