    I’ve got a shipping zone set up for the Contiguous US.

    I want to offer UPS and FedEx options, and your UPS plugin is working just fine.

    FedEx is configured and there’s no error next to the API status.

    However, when I go to Shipping Zones, click on my Contiguous US zone, and go to Add Shipping Method, I get Flat Rate, Free Shipping, Local Pickup, and UPS, but not FedEx.

    I tried deactivating other plugins and even tried it on another site, but I can’t get it to show up as an option.

    Hi @dotsey,

    thank you for contacting us. Flexible Shipping for FedEx and WooCommerce plugin offers global shipping method. When you enable the method in the plugin’s settings, it will be available for all Shipping Zones. It can’t be limited to certain Shipping Zones. That’s why you can’t attach it to a shipping zone.

    Thanks for the quick response.

    I notice now that when I enable the plugin and go to the cart I get a white screen.

    Hi @dotsey,

    do you get any errors on the cart? Have you checked the logs?

    It can be a conflict with some other plugin or your theme. Can you disable all other plugins (leave only WooCommerce and Flexible Shipping for FedEx and WooCommerce) and check if the issue still occurs?

    Sorry it took me a few days to find a good time to try this, but I deactivated other plugins and got an error message. I enabled debug mode and copied the error, but I don’t want to paste is here. Is there a way to send it privately or directly?
