More details, on my dashboard there are no options to add new post or all post when i hover over the tab. I would get those options before yesterday and I don’t know what i did. Whenever I hover over the post tab i only see category and tab, that’s it. here

Perhaps try reinstalling the current version of wordpress? Or, before trying that also disable all plugins and revert to default theme just to be really sure we can rule all that out.
I would suggest that you deactivate all the plugins, upgrade to the latest WordPress installation and then reactivate plugins one by one.
I see that your site is hosted on bluehost. If that fails, I would give them a call and ask them if they can roll you back to yesterday. The folks at Bluehost are super useful.
I tried deactivating all plugins as well as reinstalling the updated version of wordpress with no avail.
When I try to access my post i get this message, “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.”
I am the administrator, so how do i not have access to my post?
