can’t add an image to a post from the upload dialog in 2.3.2

    In the Write a Post page, I want to add an image to the post from the Upload / Browse All dialog like I always have. But instead of adding the image to the post, it just adds a link.

    The dialog doesn’t show the image thumbnails on the server, just a square with the file name.

    I know I can go in and edit the HTML to add an image, but my contributors are not technical and cannot do this. What happened to feature?
