# Can’t add agents

 * When i try to add agent the system can’t find user, also with the email.
    How
   can fix that ? Thanks

 * In order to be added as an agent and to appear in the dropdown list, they have
   to be
    at least a Contributor role in WordPress. Let us know if you face any 
   other issues. Thanks!

 * You can add “Shop Managers”, “Administrators”, “Authors”, “Editors”, “Contributer”
   as Agents.
