Can't add ad under thumbnail?

    Hello,

    i have wp-touch pro and i want add a adsense code under my thumbnail of my single article.

    But i can’t because the thumbnail of my single article is with the content in function:

    : <?php wptouch_the_content(); ?>

    How can i add adsense juste under my thumbnail and not under my content (article) ? I can’t find 🙁
