Cant add a RSS feed button in footer?

    I recently registered for Feedcat rss aggregation services for the website SocialBrandWatch.com. When I added the necessary script into the footer where it wont visually change a lot of the template, it wouldn’t show and presented me an error in Feedcat. Did anyone else had same issues and how did you solve it?

    it is on the homepage. I tried to place it on the bottom of the sidebar after it didnt work in the footer, and now it sits there… Im not sure if the footer is having issues with showing the script for some reason… not really deep into the development side of WP myself.

    How are you adding it through the dashboard?

    as a footer widget trough apearance -> widgets
