I’ve noticed that you are using the classic editor in the screen recording.
We no longer support the classic editor, as stated in the quiz section. Could you try this using the quiz block, in the block editor?

You mention ‘should using the quiz block’. But, I don’t know, where I find it.
There is no ‘quiz block’ although I using block editor.
This is my screenshot of my dashboard admin: https://prnt.sc/UXO3JC00hp2I . No ‘quiz block editor’. Just: Contact teacher, conditional content, lesson action and lesson property.
I also try to search it on element block editor with keywords ‘Quiz’ : https://prnt.sc/NMlGVE35eXYe and ‘Question’ : https://prnt.sc/lnFLZamQ1iFA . But Im not find them.
Hello @dericleeyy . I have solve this problem.
The reason why ‘quiz block editor’ not showing, have error (can not added to lesson properly), although I has switch page to block editor, is because I install ‘classic editor plugin’.
After I deactivated it, its work well.
