Hello

I Can’t add a box-shadow above below header #masthead

Any help please ?

Entra en el template y añade la clase de bootsrap que necesites en el masthead o si necesitas agregarle un div pero hay que trabajar desde los archivos de wordpress.

You can add relative positioning on the header to make the box shadow appear. Please let me know if this fix your issue.
