Can't Add 2nd Standard Rate - Resets to 0 (8 posts)

Good afternoon and thank you for the great product. I can't seem to get a second tax rate to save. I need 2 tax rates. One for California that is for the whole state (7.5%). Then I also need a higher tax rate for zip code 91763 (8.25).

I have tried to add a second tax rate over and over again. It lets me add the roll but when I save the tax rate goes to 0.00 not matter what I do. What am I doing wrong?

    Thank you for your help.

Same here. Top line only works OK. Looks like a bug. However, you can Export CSV, add lines in your spreadsheet and then Import CSV. Seems to save without clicking save. Don't click "Save" or the rates are lost.

Ok so I just got word that for some reason the tax fix did not make it into the 2.1.10 for some strange reason. This is by accident so we will roll it out in 2.1.11 real soon.

To get around this problem in the short term, I did a CSV import of the taxes we needed, and that did indeed show the rates.

I then tried to delete the three taxes we had manually entered, when I noticed that there is no checkbox or some other way of selecting rows, so the Remove Selected Row(s) function is not working for me.

Is that going to be a part of this fix or is it some other issue or is it unique to my install?

@bravenewniche - you just click your mouse on the entire row to highlight it and then click remove and then save.
