• I’ve tried using all methods and I’ve also contacted hosting support and they’ve checked there are no issues on their side. They’ve also tried to activate it without success, so they encouraged me to contact Wordfence support just in case there’s any compatibility problem with Wordfence.

    Hi @luisiko,

Can I just clarify whether you’re struggling to confirm the installation or are having problems with firewall optimization/scans once the plugin is installed?

If you can’t confirm the installation, I would certainly try with all other plugins disabled and a default theme selected such as Twenty Twenty-Two. If that works, try reenabling everything one-by-one to see if any issues return and let me know here.

If you’re having issues with the configuration/setup of Wordfence, then by all means shoot us a site diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com. You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

NOTE: It should look as follows – Screenshot of Tools > Diagnostic > Send by Email

    Thanks,

    Peter.

Thanks for your answer. The problem is with the firewall optimization, after the installation.
I also tried in a separate environment with all plugins and themes deactivated and with no success.

I just sent to you the report.
