# Can’t activate tickera error

 * Hi. I bought and installed Tickera, but when I want to activate plugin I get 
   a message: There was an issue determining where Tickera is installed. Please 
   reinstall it.
    I installed it through wordpress plugin option and manually and
   still have the same message. I also tried to deactivate all other plugins… no
   result. WordPress is updated to 4.9.6. Any ideas?

 * I resolved it! I just downloaded a new copy of tickera and it was all good.
