# Can’t activate this plugin

 * There’s no error shown, when I click on Activate, WP shows “plugin activated”
   and the Activate text is still there and there’s no Dashboard > Comments > Settings.
 * I’m using WP 5.1.2 and i do have W3 Total Cache, fyi.
