 * I read the thing about the templates and everything on that codex page but I 
   can not for the love of me find the Presentation menu opt. where is this?

 * login as admin to your account and wordpress configuration. in the headline on
   the top you can find several headlines like manage, write, page…and there is 
   also a headline named “Presentation”
 * click it once and then you can find the themes u have installed on your server
   and activate or deactivate them there

 * nevermind, my cpanel installed it for me manually(wordpress) and did not install
   the new version…thus didnt have what all you were talking about it. I went and
   manually installed the new version and got my template up.
