# Cant Activate Plugin

 * When i try to activate the plugin i get this error:
   Plugin could not be activated
   because it triggered a **fatal error**.**Parse error**: syntax error, unexpected‘:’,
   expecting ‘;’ or ‘{‘ in **/home/inver625/public_html/wp-content/plugins/daily-
   prayer-time-for-mosques/Models/DPTHelper.php** on line **73**
 * please help, im kinda a newbie with wordpress, but the masjid wants daily jammat
   times widget on their homepage, if you want i can DM the author my login details

 * This PHP version is not safe anymore, please update it to the latest, it should
   fix it.
