# can’t activate logins

 * i was downloading a few plugins for wordpress.
    i can see the new plugins in 
   my control panel. But i can’t avtivate dem. evertime i’ve got the following message:“
   Sorry, you need to enable sending referrers for this feature to work.”
 * what can i do? please can somebody help me with this?

   firewall / AV / security software ?

 * i’ve tried all the tips found at [http://codex.wordpress.org/Enable_Sending_Referrers](http://codex.wordpress.org/Enable_Sending_Referrers)
   in several browsers. but it doesn’t works. the problem still persists.
 * system: win xp
    browser: firefox 1.5 firewall: zone alarm anti virus tools: AVG
   Free Edition, AntiVir Guard

 * It’s more than likely ZA (there are better free firewalls around too).
 * Check through all it’s different privacy settings ?

 * even when i shot down my firewall the problem exists 🙁
    i have no idea what 
   can i do.
