Can’t activate freshly installed Woocommerce plugin

    Installed Woocommerce on WP site and when I click activate I get the below error. So I tried setting this up locally by migrating the website and I still get the error. I have already tried deactivating all plugins and switched to default 2017 theme but no luck.
