 * In visitors tab displays the message: Your Lively Chat Support profile is not
   activated. Visit the Agents page to activate it. But I already have enabled /
   checked an agent in the Agents tab.

 * let me just add…
    when a visitor writes something in chat, the message appears
   not to me, I only get an email 1 or 2 minutes later, with only the name and email

 * It hasn’t been a waste of time though… I’ll be able to put in a check to ensure
   future users don’t run into this problem.
