After installing your plugin and activating it I can’t access WP dashboard. It redirects to wp-admin/options-general.php?page=mailchimp-woocommerce and gives a too many redirects error in Google chrome.

I have the last wordpress version and my site is running on PHP 5.6.27

From what I read in the forum the plugin is full of this kind of errors. I would expect more from a large company like Mailchimp. Thanks

I just activated the plugin on a dev site fine in Google Chrome.

Doesn’t work in Safari either. It’s not a web browser issue.

I had to deactivate the plugin through FTP so I could access my dashboard again.

Tried reinstalling and activating and the same happened. My site is all SSL and I have CloudFlare

Could you share your site system status from WooCommerce as a Gist or similar?

    Hi BACP,

Thanks for posting those details! I’m happy to investigate more into this issue and help get to the bottom of this.

Just to be sure I can look into this further, would you be so kind to disable all active plugins except WooCommerce, then try installing and activating MailChimp for WooCommerce and letting me if you’re still experience the same error?

If the error doesn’t pop up when all those other plugins are activated, please try activating each of your plugins one by one then note which plugin when activated replicates the error and let me know.

With those details handy, I’ll be able to troubleshoot things further. I’ll keep an eye on this thread for your reply!

The issue seems to be CloudFlare related. Deactivating temporarily cloudflare made the plugin activation possible. Really odd. Thank you very much

Glad to hear you were able to install the plugin and thanks for posting about the Cloudflare conflict.

I’ve gone ahead and brought this to the attention of our developers as feedback for future plugin versions and documentation.

Thanks for your feedback, and please let me know if you run into any other issues. I’d be more than happy to help!
