# Can't access wp-admin/edit-comments.php?c

 * I have received an email from WordPress to moderate a comment on my website. 
   The link is:

 * Every time I click the link I get:
 * Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started
   at /home/sandeecohen/from/wp-content/themes/azul/functions.php:6) in /home/sandeecohen/
   from/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 897
 * I’m extremely un-informed so telling me to edit a codex isn’t going to help.
 * I’ve logged into WordPress.org, and come here. But that’s about all I can do.

 * Your “azul” theme seem to be the error.
 * Try switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Sixteen, etc.) for a moment
   to rule out any theme-specific issue using [FTP ](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients),
   or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides(
   no Dashboard access required).

 * There is a problem with your theme.
 * Using ftp or the file manager provided by your host rename `wp-content/themes/
   azul`to `wp-content/themes/azul-old`
 * This will force WordPress to open with the default theme.

 * It’s taken me a while to get back to this, but I don’t have the correct login
   to get into the ftp.
 * I’ve been using “admin” with the only password I know, but it doesn’t seem right.
 * So now I want to reset my password, but I can’t find out how to do that.
 * Can someone help?

 * In WordPress, there is more than one way for [Rsetting Your Password ](http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password).
 * >  I don’t have the correct login to get into the ftp.
 * Contact your hosting provider and ask them. They should be able to assist you
   with that.
