What did you do before this happened ? I could guess at various things but the solution is quicker found if you can remember details.
before this my site was getting a “fatal error to undefined function.” At this point I was not able to call up any part of my blog.
So I deleted the blix theme, and uploaded a clean version.
At this point I also redirected my destination from my host to the root “index.php.” Previously it was being directed to …wp-content/themes/blix/index.php.
My site is just coming up with text at this point, and no semblance of a theme either.
Any ideas on where to start. Sorry if I’m not being very clear, I’m not very experienced with code.
You need to do a number of things:
– use this guide ( http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/site-url/ ) and make sure BOTH urls are exactly the same and are http://seanbrendan.com
and only that – nothing else at all
– delete any .htaccess / redirects
– get rid of blix for now and switch to Classic
We need to get back to the basics before then making it better.
